Mindfulness Support Group

The term Mindfulness pops up everywhere today and for good reason. Mindfulness is a natural way to manage intrusive thoughts that come with anxiety and depression. This group will help you learn what mindfulness is and how it can be beneficial in your daily life. We teach you mindful breathing and mindfulness of the body and mind. Participants will learn how to make a mindfulness practice a part of their daily lives in just a few minutes a day, a few times a week.  Group will allow for sharing of day-to-day experiences and struggles that are processed through a lens of mindfulness. Each group will also utilize a guided mindful meditation on how to implement mindfulness techniques day-to-day.

  • Weekly on Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 PM EST

  • Cost: $50/Week

  • Group size is capped at 8
