Everyone can use some guidance on reducing and managing stress! Our stress reduction group helps you identify areas of stress and learn techniques to better manage the multiple responsibilities and roles we are all constantly juggling. Aside from self-care, setting limits and boundaries can help you manage stress and frustration. This group aims to help you learn your limits and when to take a step back, allowing you to address your responsibilities with a calmer, clearer mind. Mindfulness techniques will also be included as a way to manage daily stressors.

  • Weekly on Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:00 PM EST

  • Cost: $50/Week

  • Group size is capped at 8
