Psychodynamic and Analytic Therapy

Psychodynamic and analytic therapy work focuses on the early formation of psychological processes, which is directly related to how you interact with and experience the world. We look at patterns of thoughts, relationships, early-childhood experiences, and belief systems to help you gain insight and control over your present-day life and stressors.

Mindfulness-Based techniques

Mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques focus on bringing your attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental, calm way. We utilize breathing practices or simple narratives to help you connect with your present thoughts, emotions, fears, and bodily experiences, which alleviates anxieties about the past and future. This can allow for more deep, meaningful work and give you control over your body and emotions even during stressful periods, allowing you to make clearer decisions and better control intrusive thoughts.
