Everyone experiences loss in their life and needs a way to safely process the many conflicting feelings that can arise from that loss. This past year has a complicated loss, even more, limiting our ability to grieve with others as we would normally do, which is an essential factor for overcoming acute grief.
In this 4 week workshop, Dr. Zoe Rapoport and Gabrielle Kahn, LMSW, will guide you and your fellow group members through a focused grief curriculum to provide coping skills on how to navigate complicated grief, while providing a supportive environment to process and honor your loss. We will discuss a framework to help understand grief, provide specific activities and strategies for exploring and managing grief while creating community by sharing experiences around loss.
At the end of this online grief support group in New York, you will have specific strategies and activities you can use that will help you continue to honor and process the difficulties around the loss of a loved one.
