  •  A Mindfulness practice led by one of our wonderful mindfulness therapists via online therapy in New York.

  • Discussion following the online therapist-led practice addressing what worked, what didn't, and what will get you to practice outside the mindfulness support group

  • Specific Mindfulness and Meditation tracks you can keep and use at any time

  • Weekly worksheets to get you to prioritize your self-care and Meditation practice at home.

Our goal is for you to have both daily and weekly strategies and activities to help you find your balance and manage your stress!

  1. Stand up from your chair and move to a comfortable quiet spot in your home

  2. Set a timer for 2 minutes

  3. Take this time to:

    1. Observe how your body feels in your seat - are you tense? relaxed? comfortable?

    2. Note what you are hearing and smelling around you. Neighbors? Coffee? Nothing?

    3. Letting your eyes relax, what do you see? Pictures? Books? Colors?

  4. Let your outside thoughts come and go, gently returning to your observation of the present if you get pulled away but another thought.
